Job summary

TGBPL TP India - GBS is seeking an HR professional to oversee multiple areas of Human Resources. The role focuses on program development, employee onboarding, and maintaining records, while ensuring compliance with HR policies.

This position requires subject matter expertise in HR and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements. The ideal candidate will facilitate employee and labor relations and support training and development initiatives.

• Develop HR programs and policies.
• Manage employee hiring, onboarding, and termination.

General Human Resources includes work across multiple areas of HR including:

• General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance
• Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance
• Employee and labor relations and communications
• Rewards program coordination and/or administration
• Relocation services (domestic and international)
• Immigration services
• HR related training

In some organizations, General HR may also be accountable for some or all of the following:

• HR Business Partnership (consulting and coaching)
• Mobility (strategy and design)
• Staffing and Recruiting
• Talent and Organization Performance
• Training and Development
• Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

Positions on this level apply subject matter knowledge and understand the specific needs or requirements of specific problems and apply skills/knowledge thereafter. Specialized schooling or previous practical experience is likely required. Understands and demonstrates the need to deliver to time, cost and quality and proactively adjusts for changing requirements. Ensures that the work within own field of expertise complies with the relevant professional discipline.
