Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce HR policies and programs to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage employee relations and communications to maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate rewards and compensation programs and related administrative tasks.
• Oversee relocation and immigration services for domestic and international moves.
• Provide HR training and development to staff and management.
• Partner with business leaders to address workforce needs and change initiatives.
• Assist with HRIS and data management to improve reporting and insights.

Job Description

General Human Resources includes work across multiple areas of HR including:

• General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance

Positions on this level applies subject matter knowledge and understands the specific needs or requirements of specific problems and applies skills/knowledge thereafter. Specialized schooling or previous practical experience likely to be required. Understands and demonstrates the need to deliver to time, cost and quality and proactively adjusts for changing requirements. Ensures that the work within own field of expertise complies with the relevant professional discipline.
