Insightstap Solutions is hiring for an HR & Recruitment Associate to join our New Town, Kolkata team. Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years experience will contribute to sourcing, screening and onboarding efforts.

You will manage candidate outreach, coordinate interviews, and assist with offers and documentation. The role focuses on hands-on recruitment in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound calling.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Google Workspace.
• Minimum 70% throughout academics 10th to graduation.
