Job summary

Fintech Cloud in Mumbai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Support professional to handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, and onboarding processes. You will screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage candidate data through the hiring lifecycle.

The role also covers preparing offer letters, coordinating pre-joining formalities, and conducting new joiner induction to ensure smooth onboarding. A graduate degree with HR experience is preferred, with fintech exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR generalist, recruitment or HR operations role.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals, and via referrals.
• Screen CVs against job descriptions and conduct initial telephone screening.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Collect candidate details (experience, current and expected CTC, notice period, location) and maintain the tracker.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates through the offer and joining stages.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document collection and background verification.
• Conduct new joiner orientation and induction.
• Create and maintain employee files and records (physical and digital).
