Job summary

Collabera Talent Solutions in Vadodara (Gujarat) is seeking an HR Analyst to turn people data into business insights and help leaders make smarter workforce decisions.

You will analyze headcount, attrition, hiring, compensation, attendance, and trends; build HR dashboards; support planning and budgeting; and collaborate with HRBPs, TA, Finance and business leaders to solve people-related problems.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics / HR MIS.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Understanding of core HR metrics and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HR dashboards, MIS and business reports.
• Track recruitment metrics: TAT, funnel, source effectiveness, offer-to-join, hiring cost.

• Automate repetitive reports and improve HR data quality & processes.
• Partner with HRBPs, TA, Finance and business leaders to solve people-related business problems.

Shift Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 04:00 to 01:00 AM
