Job summary

Mobikwik in Gurugram is seeking an HR Data & Reporting professional to own dashboards and MIS across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, headcount, attrition, engagement, and costs. You will design recurring reports for HR and leadership and partner with HRIS/ATS teams to ensure clean, auditable data.

You will translate HR data into actionable insights using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, identify trends, and support cross-functional teams with data cuts and governance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in HR analytics or HR MIS.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong Excel with advanced formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox).

Role & responsibilities
HR Data & Reporting
  • Own and maintain HR dashboards and MIS across the employee lifecycle hiring, headcount, attrition, engagement, cost, performance and other key metrics ensuring data accuracy and timely refresh.
  • Design and automate recurring reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for HR and business leadership, reducing manual reporting effort.
  • Partner with HRIS/ATS teams (e.g., Darwinbox) to ensure clean, reliable, and audit-ready employee data across all HR systems.
Analytics & Insights
  • Translate HR data into clear insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders, using visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent AI tools).
  • Identify trends and patterns in workforce data to proactively flag risks and opportunities, and support root-cause analysis on attrition, hiring, or engagement issues.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Support recruitment, talent management, learning & development, compensation, and HR operations teams with relevant data cuts, trend analysis, and dashboards as needed.
  • Track manpower and workforce plans — budgeted vs. actual headcount — and highlight variances to stakeholders.
  • Support diversity and representation tracking across the employee lifecycle.
Process & Governance
  • Standardize data definitions, formats, and reporting templates across HR functions for consistency.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from HR and business stakeholders with quick, accurate turnaround.
  • Maintain data governance and confidentiality standards for sensitive employee information.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR MIS, or people analytics, with exposure across HR functions (recruitment, talent management, operations, or compensation); ideally in a fast-paced startup, fintech, or technology environment.
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputed institute.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar AI tools; familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms (Darwinbox or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data handling, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
  • Communication: Ability to present data-driven insights clearly to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Ownership: Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple reporting cycles independently.
