Your day-to-day responsibilities include tracking HR KPIs, preparing reports and dashboards, analyzing trends related to hiring, attrition and performance, and supporting data-driven HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, analytics or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics/operations.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis techniques.
