Job summary

HypTechie is seeking an HR Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions in HR. You will collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to improve workforce productivity, retention, and HR processes.

Responsibilities include building dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, managing HRIS, and collaborating with HR to define KPIs. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or analytics and 2–8 years of HR analytics experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, analytics, or related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in HR analytics or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau; HRIS experience preferred.
