Job summary

Peoplekart Consulting is seeking a results-driven HR professional to manage operations in a large distillery in India. The role focuses on HR operations, time office, statutory compliance, and labor relations at the plant level.

You will coordinate employee engagement, administer facility management tasks, and ensure adherence to labour laws while supporting the Plant HR Head in day-to-day activities and reporting.
