Job summary

Peoplekart Consulting seeks an Assistant Manager Facility for the Ayodhya location. The role involves overseeing facility and infrastructure upkeep, vendor and contractor management, and ensuring statutory compliance. You will work under Plant and Head HR leadership to maintain efficient site operations.

Ideal candidates will manage costs and budgets effectively, coordinate general site administration, and ensure smooth factory workflows in a 6-day operation model.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management and infrastructure upkeep.
• Proven ability to manage vendors/contractors effectively.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance in manufacturing/industrial settings.
