Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Science (Chemistry/Biochemistry preferred).
• Diploma in Industrial Fermentation & Alcohol Technology.
• Additional qualifications in distillery operations/fermentation technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, safety and efficiency.
• Lead distillery and fermentation processes to meet targets and quality standards.
• Ensure smooth ethanol manufacturing operations with optimal resource use.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements and process enhancements.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in industrial fermentation, alcohol technology, and extensive experience in managing large-scale distillery operations.

Qualifications
