Zoho in Kolkata seeks an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Manager to build and lead our hospitality recruitment and overseas staffing vertical. You will focus on business growth, candidate pipelines, international placements, partnerships, and team leadership.

You will own targets, develop overseas recruitment strategies, build talent pools for chefs, F&B, housekeeping, front office and hotel operations, and mentor the recruitment team while tracking KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Hospitality Recruitment, Overseas Recruitment, International Staffing, or Manpower Consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry.
• Existing network with hotels, hospitality institutes, training centres, or recruitment agencies preferred.
• Experience in managing recruitment targets, teams, and business pipelines.
• Good understanding of overseas recruitment and international staffing processes.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to independently build and grow a recruitment vertical.

• Manage and mentor the recruitment team and track performance/KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and identify new countries, employers, and business opportunities.
• Ensure smooth candidate screening, interviews, documentation, and deployment.
