The candidate will own targets, develop overseas recruitment strategies, and build pipelines across Chefs, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office and Hotel Operations. Strong networking with hotels and institutes is essential.

• Develop and execute strategies for overseas hospitality recruitment and migration.
• Build talent pipelines for Chefs, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Hotel Operations.

• Identify and onboard domestic and international sourcing partners.

• Manage and mentor the recruitment team and track performance/KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and identify new countries, employers, and business opportunities.
• Ensure smooth candidate screening, interviews, documentation, and deployment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry\.
