The role focuses on sourcing chefs, F&B, housekeeping, front office, and hotel operations professionals, building pipelines through hotels, institutes, and referrals, and coordinating interviews and drive events to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality recruitment, staffing, or manpower recruitment.
• Good understanding of hotel and hospitality job profiles.
• Existing contacts with hotels, institutes, or training centres will be an advantage.
• Only Male candidates may apply.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives when required.
