Job summary

Zoho is seeking a target-oriented Hospitality Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for international hospitality opportunities, including hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality operations in Kolkata.

You will build candidate pipelines through hotels, institutes, and referrals; conduct screenings, interviews, and bulk hiring; verify documents; coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners; and help meet recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality recruitment, staffing, or manpower recruitment.
• Good understanding of hotel and hospitality job profiles.
• Existing contacts with hotels, institutes, or training centres will be an advantage.
• Only Male candidates may apply.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
