Zoho in Kolkata is seeking an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Manager to build and lead our hospitality recruitment and overseas staffing vertical. You will drive business growth, candidate pipelines, international placements, partnerships, and team leadership.

The role focuses on developing strategies for overseas recruitment, building relationships with hotels and institutes, and managing a recruitment team to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Hospitality Recruitment, Overseas Recruitment, International Staffing, or Manpower Consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Own hospitality recruitment targets, business pipeline, revenue, and delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies for overseas hospitality recruitment and migration.
• Build talent pipelines for Chefs, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Hotel Operations roles.
