Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp in Shamshabad, Telangana, seeks a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition for micro LAP and gold-backed loans. You will nurture referral partners, conduct cold calls, manage end-to-end loan processing support, and ensure doorstep service to customers.

Ideal candidates possess strong presentation and relationship-building skills, with fluency in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on customer acquisition through business development.
• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured loans (Suvarna).
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to the potential customer base to generate business.
• Daily sales calls as per plan submitted to BBM.
• Find, nurture and develop excellent relationships with referral partners / connectors.
• Manage the customer journey through sales, process and product championship.
• Activate referral partners for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• Learn the Organization’s policies and source files as per policy.
• Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization in the market for new opportunities and share with BBM.
• Support customers in end-to-end loan processing.
• Bridge between customers and the branch.
• Be responsible for soft bucket collections, early mortality and 12 MOB fresh sourcing.
• Cross-sell insurance effectively to loan customers to safeguard property, health & life.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the assigned area.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
