• Collect and verify customer documents required for home loan applications.
• Maintain good engagement and professional relationships with banking personnel.
• Visit project sites and conduct weekend desk activities to generate and convert leads.
• Bring new builder projects and business opportunities for company tie-ups.
• Ensure timely updates and status tracking of customer applications.
• Achieve monthly business and conversion targets.
• Maintain proper MIS and customer records.
