Job summary

Baroda Global Shared Service is seeking a dynamic Home Loan Sales Executive to drive lead generation and conversions in Assam. You will engage with customers, build relationships, and expand the home-loan business through direct sales and channel referrals.

The role requires strong communication, client servicing, and proven ability to meet sales targets in a field environment, with adherence to banking policies and KYC norms.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lead generation, or channel sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert home-loan leads to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and leads for successful conversions.
• Acquire new customers and grow the home-loan business.
• Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships.
• Develop business through direct sales, referrals, builders, and other channels.
• Achieve assigned sales volumes and revenue targets for the area.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Identify and elevate sales or process-related issues when required.
• Follow all BGSS/Bank policies, processes, compliance, and KYC requirements.
