This pivotal role demands deep proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM), Employee Center, Virtual Agent, integration frameworks, and automation to optimize organizational performance. The ideal candidate will provide high-level architectural direction, guaranteeing that all solutions align with enterprise standards while delivering scalable, robust, and forward-thinking outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire architectural lifecycle, from conceptualization to final deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  
• Develop and implement comprehensive solution architectures leveraging core capabilities like ITSM, Employee Center, and Virtual Agent.
  
• Architect and manage complex integrations using APIs, plugins, and orchestration tools to connect ServiceNow with diverse external ecosystems.
  
• Direct cloud lifecycle management and provisioning strategies across public, private, and hybrid environments utilizing ServiceNow Orchestration.
  
• Strategize and execute platform upgrades and large-scale deployments within domain-separated and multi-vendor contexts.
