Expertise in ITSM/CSM/HRSD modules, XML/Jelly scripting, and analytics will drive adoption of ITIL and Agile practices across the lifecycle. Mentoring and architectural governance are key expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 to 9 years in IT services with focus on ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• XML and Jelly scripting expertise with hands-on BI reporting and analytics.
• Deep ITIL process knowledge, agile development practices, and core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HRSM).
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise service management ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our ServiceNow platform drives operational excellence and aligns with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in core ServiceNow modules and demonstrate the ability to guide technical teams while managing stakeholder expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD/HRSM modules, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead technical initiatives involving XML and Jelly scripting to create custom functionalities and enhance user experiences.
• Develop and maintain Performance Analytics dashboards and Business Intelligence reports to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Drive the adoption of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies across development and service delivery lifecycles.
• Design and implement Knowledge Management systems and custom portals to streamline case management and self-service capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring development teams, conducting code reviews, and establishing architectural standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers to ensure secure and reliable connectivity between the ServiceNow instance and external data sources.
• Leverage ITOM capabilities where applicable to enhance infrastructure monitoring and service mapping.
