Job summary

TNQTech is seeking a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and lateral hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, selection, offers, and onboarding, along with coordinating interviews and engaging stakeholders.

You will handle bulk hiring and trainee recruitment to meet business demands within timelines, source candidates through multiple channels, and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR is an added advantage.
• 26 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
