Job summary

IHFL is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end hiring in BFSI, including bulk recruitment. You will partner with managers, craft sourcing strategies, screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers. Onboarding and reporting duties complete the scope.

The role emphasizes Excel-based data management, candidate engagement, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to meet hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in BFSI hiring and bulk hiring is required.
• Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.
• WFO (work from office) only, in Bengaluru.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
