Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a dynamic Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding within tight timelines. You will drive end-to-end hiring for multiple roles and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet urgent staffing needs.

Responsibilities include sourcing from multiple channels, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports to ensure targets are met consistently.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in bulk hiring, volume recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Graduates welcome; HR or related qualifications preferred.
• Experience recruiting for customer support, sales, operations, retail or BPO is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.

• Minimize candidate dropouts and ensure offers and joining.
• Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround times are met.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates within defined timelines while meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple positions and business requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage daily calling, screening, interview, and joining targets.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring requirements.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.
• Minimize candidate dropouts and offer declines through effective follow-ups.
• Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround times are met consistently.
