Guideline Inc in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function and drive high-volume hiring initiatives. The role demands hands-on leadership, bulk hiring expertise, and strong stakeholder management to align with business needs.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, monitor hiring metrics, and coach the team to achieve ambitious targets across multiple locations, including sales hiring and BFSI sectors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience in bulk/volume hiring.
• Experience in managing and leading a recruitment team.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Drive bulk hiring campaigns across functions and locations.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage recruitment performance, productivity, TAT and hiring metrics.
• Work with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Monitor dashboards, hiring targets and team KPIs.
• Handle escalations and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Explore multiple sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, social media, databases and other platforms.
• Improve recruitment processes and reduce Time to Hire (TAT).
• Ensure quality hiring while meeting volume and business requirements.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function and drive high-volume hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring & Sales Hiring , team management, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Drive and manage bulk hiring campaigns across different functions and locations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of relevant recruitment experience .
• Strong and proven experience in bulk / volume hiring is mandatory.
• Experience in managing and leading a recruitment team.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, conversion ratios and productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and candidate management skills.

Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate should be a hands-on recruitment leader who can manage a team while personally driving critical and high-volume hiring requirements.
• Candidates with experience in BPO, BFSI, ITES, staffing, recruitment consultancy or other high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.
