Job summary

Team Computers is seeking an IT asset management professional to manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, and disposal. You will maintain records of laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals and other assets, and coordinate tagging, allocation, transfer and reconciliation.

Work will involve onboarding/offboarding support, asset audits, MIS reporting, and collaboration with ITSM tools to track inventory, warranties and maintenance across locations.

• Experience with IT asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Maintain accurate records of laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals and other IT assets.
• Handle asset tagging, allocation, transfer, collection and reconciliation.
• Manage IT assets during employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain FAR/asset register, inventory and asset-related MIS reports.
• Coordinate IMAC activities Install, Move, Add and Change.
• Track AMC, warranty and asset maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for repair, replacement and asset-related activities.
• Manage asset dispatch and collection across different locations.
• Identify and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Support asset audit and compliance activities.
• Maintain records of damaged, obsolete and scrapped assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for asset movement and documentation.
• Work with ITSM/IT Asset Management tools for asset tracking and reporting.
