Job summary

Team Computers in Mumbai is seeking an IT asset management professional to oversee hardware lifecycle activities—from onboarding to offboarding—and ensure accurate inventory tagging and stock records. You will coordinate asset movement with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth dispatch, replacement, and procurement processes.

You will manage new joiner allocations, handle delivery and handover, and ensure timely closure of SR/Incidents via ITSM tools, supported by regular MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management or hardware lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident/Request Management.

• Manage IT hardware lifecycle activities onboarding, allocation, replacement, repair and offboarding.
• Handle asset dispatch, movement, delivery, and handover to users/sites.
• Manage new joiner laptop/desktop allocation and employee exit asset surrender.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, mapping, and stock records.
• Handle SR/Incident requests through ITSM tools and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to asset inventory, dispatch, onboarding & offboarding.
