Position Title: HR Executive (Manufacturing Plant)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training support, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling workforce-related issues efficiently while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop floor workers, supervisors, and staff positions.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction programs.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee contracts.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records.
  • Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and overtime records.
  • Verify attendance data and statutory deductions.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist during audits and inspections related to labor and compliance.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
  • Assist in skill development and performance appraisal processes.

General HR Operations

  • Support HR policies implementation across departments.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and monthly manpower status.
  • Handle exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience

  • 14 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
