Position Title: HR Executive (Manufacturing Plant)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training support, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling workforce-related issues efficiently while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop floor workers, supervisors, and staff positions.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction programs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee contracts.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
- Support disciplinary procedures and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and overtime records.
- Verify attendance data and statutory deductions.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and HR MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist during audits and inspections related to labor and compliance.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
- Assist in skill development and performance appraisal processes.
General HR Operations
- Support HR policies implementation across departments.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and monthly manpower status.
- Handle exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 14 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
