Learn With Fraternity Pvt Ltd in India is seeking aRecruitment Specialist focused on headhunting, sourcing, and high-volume telecalling. The role emphasizes proactive candidate engagement, screening, and interview coordination to build a strong candidate pipeline.

The position requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and tracker management skills, with a willingness to work across time zones for international candidates. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Experience in BPO, recruitment telecalling, telesales or calling-based roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Core Recruitment Focus: spend ~80% of time on recruiting activities (headhunting, sourcing, outbound calls, follow-ups).
• Outbound & cold calling to high-volume candidate pool.
• Headhunting across platforms, databases, and sources.
• Data mining to extract candidate information from sources.
• Identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
• Proactive engagement to gauge experience, status and availability.
• Telephonic screening to match role requirements.
• Explain roles, responsibilities, and working conditions to candidates.
• Convince suitable candidates to attend interviews.
• Follow up consistently with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with the team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and trackers.
• Able to understand international accents and communicate clearly.

• Core Recruitment Focus: Spend approximately 80% of working time on recruitment-related activities, including headhunting, candidate sourcing, outbound calling, and follow-ups.
• Outbound & Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound and cold calls to potential candidates.
• Headhunting: Carry out headhunting through available platforms, databases, and other relevant sources.
• Data Mining: Perform data mining and extract relevant candidate information from specified sources.
• Candidate Identification: Identify potential candidates based on specific job requirements.
• Proactive Engagement: Contact candidates proactively to understand their experience, current status, interest, and availability.
• Telephonic Screening: Screen candidates through telephonic conversations based on role requirements.
• Opportunity Pitching: Explain job roles, responsibilities, working conditions, and other relevant details to candidates.
• Candidate Convincing: Engage and convince suitable candidates to consider the opportunity and attend interviews.
• Follow-up Management: Follow up consistently with interested and shortlisted candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules and candidate availability with the team.
• International Accent Capability: Ability to understand and communicate with candidates from different countries and comfortably understand international accents, including Australian accents.
• Records & Communication: Maintain and update candidate information, recruitment trackers, and follow-up records. Handle candidate queries and ensure clear, professional communication throughout all interactions.

PREFERRED PROFILE:

Background Experience: Candidates with experience in BPO, Recruitment Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Customer Service, or other calling-based roles are encouraged to apply.

• Call Volume Comfort: Comfortable making cold calls and handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in speaking with candidates and explaining opportunities clearly
• Relationship Building: Good convincing, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Target & Tracker Orientation: Comfortable working with calling targets, candidate databases, and recruitment trackers
• Proactive Mindset: Proactive and comfortable approaching candidates who may not have directly applied for the position
• Resilience & Persistence: Ability to handle repeated follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with candidates
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and other recruitment or database tools will be an added advantage
