TP is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our office in India. The role focuses on talent acquisition for international BPO volume hiring, including voice, non-voice, and technical support positions.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in international recruitment, strong sourcing from portals and social media, and proven ability to manage 10–15 interviews daily while collaborating with the team to shortlist the best candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition with International BPO volume hiring.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment for International Voice, Non-Voice, and Technical Support roles.
• Strong team player.
• Experience in BPO recruitment and bulk hiring with strong sourcing from portals/social media.
• Comfortable with cold calling and coordinating 10–15 interviews daily.
• Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
• Posting vacancies on major job posting sites.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume international recruitment for voice and non-voice roles.
• Source candidates via portals and social media and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Publish vacancies on major job boards and portals.
• Coordinate 10–15 interviews daily with candidates.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely hires.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant status.

Role & responsibilities

• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition with International BPO volume hiring
