Job summary

TP in Kolkata invites fresh and experienced candidates to join as Customer Service Associate in the Domestic voice process. You will handle inbound calls, provide product information, and resolve customer queries from 8 AM to 8 PM across rotational shifts. Immediate joining is encouraged.

Freshers can apply; Aadhaar linking with contact number is preferred. Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali is required for bilingual support.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification required is 12th pass.
• Skill Proficiency in English/Hindi/Bengali language.
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Excellent translation skill required.
• Aadhaar should be linked with the candidate's contact number.
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days.
• Looking for Immediate joiners only.
