About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Outbound sales Customer Care Executives. As an Outbound sales Customer Care Executives, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via Outbound calls and handle customer query.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues and sales.
• Providing product/service information to customers
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass qualification
• Skill Proficiency in Hindi/English language
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English, Hindi.
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
• Looking for Immediate joiners only
• Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number

Shifts

• Rotational shift, rotational WO.
• No night shift for female
• Any 9 hours during 7 AM to 8PM working window for female
• Any 9 hours for male
• 6 working days with 1 rotational week off

Salary: English + Hindi CTC 15k and 12k in hand
