Teleperformance in Kolkata is hiring for an Inbound Customer Service Associate for its Banking process. You will handle inbound calls, explain products, resolve basic queries and drive sales conversions. The role is based in our Kolkata office with fixed salary and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi, Bengali and English, and capable of adapting to rotational shifts. Freshers are welcome to apply and training is provided.

*Job Summary*

We are hiring energetic and communication-savvy candidates for the role of Outbound Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for contacting potential/existing customers, explaining products or services, resolving basic queries, and driving sales conversions. This is a sales-oriented voice process based out of our Kolkata office.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Make inbound calls of customers.

• Achieve daily/weekly individual performance
• Maintain customer data and update call outcomes in the system
• Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
• Coordinate with team leads for feedback and performance improvement
