Job summary

A.TREDS Limited, a subsidiary of Axis Bank, seeks a Relationship Manager to drive acquisition and management of banking partners for the TREDS platform. You will engage with financial institutions, manage key SME/large corporate clients, and ensure regulatory compliance within the RBI framework.

You will coordinate with Axis Bank stakeholders for lead generation and resolve day-to-day operational issues while monitoring transaction activity to minimize bid losses and maximize platform growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Invoice/BOE financing and lending practices.
• Experience engaging with Banking partners and financial institutions.
• Understanding of RBI/statutory regulations related to receivables financing.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Finance and TReDS.
• Knowledge of financial ratios and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as MT for A.TREDS with financiers and financial institutions in the region.
• Acquire and manage banking partners and market participants (Banks/NBFCs).
• Manage existing clients and increase A.TREDS income from these clients.
• Engage Axis Bank stakeholders for lead generation.
• Handle operational issues and client/participant complaints.
• Monitor daily transaction activity to minimize bid loss.
• Interact with external stakeholders to obtain market updates and competitive insights.

A.TREDS Limited (a subsidiary of Axis Bank) is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. TREDS is in the business of opening of accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange by way of Factoring and Reverse Factoring and provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time. Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The MT is a critical point contact of A.TREDS (Trade Receivables Discounting System), for all Financiers/Financial Institutions in the region.
• Acquisition and relationship management of Banking partners, market participants (Financiers viz.Banks/ NBFCs)
• Managing existing clients and increasing income of A.TREDS, from such clients
• Engage with all stakeholders in Axis bank for lead generation.
• Handle operational issues of all participants and complaints.
• Monitor day to day transaction activity to ensure minimum bid loss.
• Actively engage with external stakeholders to get regular update on market and competitive strength.

Ccompetencies required

• Knowledge of Invoice/ BOE financing
• RM needs to have a general understanding of the market and target to on-board new Financiers (viz. Banks/ NBFCs) to the platform.
• RM also must be updated with various RBI/statutory regulations related to products handled.
• Basic Understanding of Factoring ACT . Experience in handling Financial Institutions, CXOs, and senior functionaries of Public & Private Sector Banks.
• Know-how of with Digital Payment Platform/Invoice Discounting Platform
• Basic understanding of Financial Ratios and Financials
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain Finance / TReDS is a must
• CA / MBA with 2.5+ years of experience in SME / Large Corporate depts. In relevant industry
