TP is hiring Customer Care Executives in Kolkata to provide inbound support to clients. You will handle inquiries, provide product information, and work to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Role involves rotational shifts including night shifts, 5 working days with 2 rotational week offs, and immediate joining. 12th pass with strong English and Hindi/Bengali communication is required.

Qualifications

• Fresher and experienced both can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English + Hindi/Bengali

Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls and handle customer query. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass qualification
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English + Hindi/Bengali
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
• Looking for Immediate joiners only

Shifts:

• Rotational shift including night shift
• Any 9:30 hour duty time in a day between 04:00PM - 10:30AM
• 5 working days with 2 rotational week off
