Job summary

Teleperformace in Kolkata is seeking Customer Care Executives for a domestic voice outbound process. Freshers are encouraged to apply, with immediate joiners preferred. You will handle customer queries and provide product information to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong English/Hindi communication, and you may work morning to night shifts with rotational days off. Training and onboarding are provided by the team.

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via Outbound calls and handle customer query.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Providing product/service information to customers
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass qualification
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English/Hindi
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
• Looking for Immediate joiners only
• Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number

Shifts:

• Only Morning shifts from 8am to 9pm window
• Any 9 hours rotational shifts
• 6 working days with 1 rotational week off
