Job summary

IHR Solutions Gandhinagar in Ahmedabad invites candidates for International Voice Process. You will handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, resolve queries, and provide product information.

Freshers are welcome. Night shifts are 5:30PM–2:30AM or 6:30PM–3:30AM, five days a week. Minimum 12th pass, strong English communication, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

International Voice Process:-

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records, Can communicate professionally & Fluent in English. Candidates should have good communication skills, Good computer knowledge, and be willing to work in Night shifts. Freshers candidates are welcome. Shift Timing - 5:30PM TO 2:30AM & 6:30PM TO 3:30 AM - Monday to Friday , Five Days Working
