Rivera Manpower Services is hiring for an International Technical Support (Non-Voice) role. The incumbent will handle chat,email and ticket-based support for international customers, troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues and document each interaction.

Opportunity to grow in an MNC-like environment with rotational shifts and cab facility. 5 days/week with 2 rotational offs; strong written English is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to international customers through chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
• Identify customer problems, analyze error messages, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Create, update, and manage support tickets with accurate issue details.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant technical team.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow standard operating procedures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality guidelines.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Protect customer information and follow data security policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, international customer support, or a related process is preferred.
• Strong written English communication and comprehension skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and internet connectivity.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools, CRM systems, chat support, or email support is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in international rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced MNC environment.
