Rivera Manpower Services in Bengaluru is hiring for International Non-Voice Chat Support and Technical Chat Support to serve US/UK customers. Work from Office with rotating US/UK shifts, 5 days a week and 2 rotational offs. Cab facility provided.

Role involves live chat, basic technical troubleshooting, and maintaining quality SLAs. Candidate should have 1+ year international chat/support experience, strong written English, good typing speed, and be comfortable working from office in Bengaluru.

• Minimum 1 year of international chat/non-voice support experience.
• Strong written English and excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work in rotating US/UK shifts and from office.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat / non-voice channels.
• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions within defined timelines.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to software, applications, devices, connectivity and technical services.
• Handle multiple chat interactions while maintaining accuracy and response quality.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM/tools.
• Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, security guidelines and SLAs.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain performance against CSAT, Quality, Productivity, Response Time and Resolution metrics.
