Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat/non-voice channels.
• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions within defined timelines.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to software, applications, devices, connectivity and technical services.
• Handle multiple chat interactions while maintaining accuracy and response quality.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM/tools.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, security guidelines and SLAs.
• Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams.
• Maintain performance against CSAT, quality, productivity, response time and resolution metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries through live chat / non-voice channels.
