Job summary

Transcom in Pune (Kharadi) is hiring International Customer Support Executives to handle global client inquiries. The role requires excellent English communication and experience in international voice, email support, or BPO settings. Freshers are not eligible, and shifts may be international/rotational.

You will manage calls, chats, and emails, provide accurate solutions, and maintain customer records while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Maximum 34 years of experience preferred.
• Freshers are not eligible.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Prior experience in International Voice / International Email / Customer Support / BPO / Call Center will be preferred.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with international customers.
• Willingness to work in international/rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
