Job summary

Foundever is hiring for a customer support role in Chennai, inviting candidates with at least 6 months of experience and excellent communication skills to join immediately.

The position offers two fixed night shifts, with weekends off, and a take-home salary of 24k to 26k per month plus a 2,500 INR performance bonus and free transport.

You will handle inbound calls, resolve queries, document issues, and promote appropriate services while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in customer support.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Immediate joiner required.
• Willingness to work fixed night shifts (Shift 1 or Shift 2).

Responsibilities

1yr & above 26k take home Per

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
• Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
• Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
