Job summary

JobShop in Bengaluru is hiring for an international voice process role focused on customer support. You will handle inbound calls from international customers, resolve queries, and assist with accounts, billing, and orders. The role requires maintaining CRM records and delivering high-quality service in a rotational UK/US shift environment.

Freshers or experienced candidates with excellent English communication are welcome. Joining is immediate with incentives and transport support as per policy.
