Job summary

Wsne Consulting in Gurugram is seeking Customer Service Executives to engage with global clients and deliver seamless support. You will handle calls, emails and chats, explain products clearly, and maintain follow-ups to boost satisfaction.

The role requires 1 year in international voice processes, excellent English communication, and the ability to work in rotational/night shifts with basic computer skills. Five-day weeks and transport support are provided.

Qualifications

• Undergrad/Graduate both can apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Basic computer knowledge
