Foundever in Chennai is seeking a Customer Support professional with good communication skills and 6 months or more experience.

The role involves handling inbound calls and delivering quality customer service. Salary is fixed with a take-home of 24k for 6 months to 1 year plus a 2,500 bonus and free transport; for 1 year and above, take-home is 26k plus a 2,500 bonus and transport.

4) Should be flexible to work in the below shifts only

Shift 1 5.30pm to 2.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)

Shift 2 8.30pm to 5.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)

Salary : ( Not negotiable)

6 months to 1yr 24k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop

1yr & above 26k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
• Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
• Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
