Job summary

Foundever in Chennai is seeking experienced customer support professionals for inbound calls. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of experience, excellent communication, and flexibility to work fixed shifts.

Compensation includes a take-home of 24k for 6 months to 1 year plus 2.5k bonus, and 1 year+ 26k with the same bonus, plus free transport. Joiners are expected to handle customer issues, document complaints, and promote suitable services to customers.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to handle calls efficiently.
• Willing to work in designated shifts and immediate joining required.

Shift 1 5.30pm to 2.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)

Shift 2 8.30pm to 5.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
• Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
• Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
