Candidates should have 6 months of experience in customer service (international process preferred) or be graduates/new grads. Cabs and shuttles are provided, and shifts include night rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate freshers/ undergrad with at least 6 months in customer service (international process preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and good listening abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Responsibilities
