Team Vertex Cosmos is hiring a Customer Support Executive for international chat support on our e-commerce platform in Pune.

You will handle customer queries, assist with orders, payments, returns, and help maintain service quality. Fresh graduates with strong communication are welcome; experienced candidates with international chat exposure are preferred.

Role offers full-time employment with cab facility and rotational 5.5-day shifts. Virtual interview process will be conducted.
