Job summary

With 1–2 years of experience, you will leverage MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA/Business Administration required.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proficient in job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet targets.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Google Sheets for recruitment tracking.
