Job summary

Shapers Consultants in Gurugram, Haryana, invites a results-driven B2B sales professional to grow our client base. You will build relationships with HR leaders and business heads, qualify leads, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in business or marketing and 1–4 years in B2B sales or recruitment staffing, with strong CRM and reporting skills to track activities and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–4 yrs of experience in B2B Sales, BD, or Client Acquisition.
• Exp. in the Recruitment & Staffing industry is preferred.
